Job summary

Chick-fil-A in San Angelo, TX seeks a Team Leader to support senior leadership, run daily restaurant operations, and ensure guest satisfaction as part of our Winning Hearts Strategy.

You will lead by example, coach teammates, manage opening and closing duties, and uphold Chick-fil-A standards while maintaining a culture of exceptional service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.

• Provide immediate, respectful responses to guest needs.
• Assist in training new hires and lead shifts.
• Open/close shifts, count drawers, and finalize money.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player with clear communication.

Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of our Winning Hearts Strategy. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Maintains Professionalism
• Adheres to all Chick-fil-A standards
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player

• Count drawers and finalize money
