Job summary

Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Traveling Quality Team Leader to lead and supervise quality inspection teams across manufacturing plants and warehouses. You will train inspectors, manage project expectations, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Ventures include field travel, collaboration with customers, and timely project reporting. Leadership experience is preferred, with training provided. PTO from Day One and benefits after 60 days support sustained growth and stability.

Qualifications

• Leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise quality inspection teams.
• Set up projects and manage team expectations.
• Train inspectors on work instructions and procedures.
• Inspect parts and ensure quality standards.
• Communicate with customers and job site contacts.
• Ensure safety and company requirements are followed.
• Verify tools, equipment, and gauges.
• Complete project paperwork and reporting.
• Step in as acting supervisor when needed.
• Travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses.
