Job summary

Stratosphere Quality in Detroit, MI is hiring a Quality Team Leader to supervise inspection teams, set up projects, train inspectors on work instructions, and ensure quality standards are met across parts. The role requires strong leadership and clear communication, with travel to plants and warehouses as needed.

You will ensure safety and compliance with company requirements, verify tools and gauges, and complete project paperwork and reporting while stepping in as acting supervisor when

Qualifications

• Leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
