aa224 is seeking a Team Leader for a night-shift role in Minnesota to lead warehouse floor operations, verify inventory, and coordinate labor to maintain productivity and safety. The position emphasizes teamwork and safety-conscious performance.

You will work with power equipment, manage stock issues, and contribute to a culture-focused environment with opportunities for advancement and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of distribution warehouse experience, including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift.
• Supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for safe and effective job performance.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product; research out-of-stocks, shortages, and replenishment issues.
• Select, pull, sort, and stack product using power equipment or by hand.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Coordinate warehouse labor (e.g., start of shift, vacation, and sick calls).
• This position has additional duties; special projects may be assigned.

The Team Leader promotes and maintains warehouse productivity and efficiencies by working as a direct floor leader.

• Pay Rate: $24.75 per hour.
• 3rd shift. Shift starts at Midnight (12am)
