Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift, ensuring the team has what they need and that the bar runs like clockwork while customers stay happy. You’ll deputise for management, organise the team, maintain high standards, and keep the bar safe and welcoming. Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• Think on your feet and adapt to challenges during a busy shift.
• Maintain a positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Speak and write English sufficiently to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
