A fast-food restaurant in Missouri is hiring a Team Leader responsible for managing kitchen and cashier operations while ensuring smooth shift management. This role requires night and weekend availability, but prior management experience is not mandatory. Ideal candidates will have a willingness to learn and demonstrate a great personality. Advancement opportunities to Assistant or General Manager positions are available for those looking to grow with the company.

Schlotzsky's is hiring for Team Leader!

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for learning both kitchen and cashier job responsibilities, then assisting those departments to keep the shift running smooth. Team Leaders will be asked to enforce cash control policies and assist with daily checklists. Learning Drive Thru and being comfortable in that position is a very important piece of the job as well.

We offer many advancement opportunities to become an Assistant or General Manager if so desired.

Night & weekend availability is required for the Team Leader position.

Previous management experience is not required - If you have held additional responsibility at a previous job and have a great personality we are confident that you will be developed in to a strong management person for us.
