Mountain Warehouse in Milton Keynes Kingston Centre is hiring a Part Time Team Leader to guide our retail team 32 hours per week. You will drive customer service, stock presentation and store operations while delivering on targets.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.77 and a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends. The ideal candidate has supervisor experience, fashion retail know-how, and a passion for coaching colleagues.

• Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.

Sales & Performance:

• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.

Customer Experience:

• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
