Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Leader in Marlton, NJ. This role supports senior leadership in daily operations and coaches team members toward operational excellence and our service standards.

The position is available in full-time and part-time capacities. Responsibilities include leading shifts, opening/closing, counting drawers, training new hires, and maintaining exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as shift lead is required.

• Participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Offer immediate and respectful response to guests' needs.
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team.

Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.
