Job description

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill a 3rd shift Team Leader position in Marion, OH.

Requirements: Must have reliable transportation to travel between plant and warehouses during the workday as needed. Possible mandatory overtime.

Shift Details: Night shift from 7:45 pm to 6:15 am, 4-day work weeks. Hourly rate: $17.00 plus $0.75 shift differential pay.

Overall Purpose of a Team Leader

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality services/support, training, developing, and motivating team members. Provide leadership and guidance to site personnel, support a positive and productive atmosphere, and uphold company and customer guidelines.

Reporting To

Site Manager, Site Supervisor, Sr. Site Leader, or Site Leader.

Responsibilities
  • Client relationship & Business development: Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel; communicate daily with stakeholders.
  • Operations: Assist site leaders, train inspectors, communicate project changes, report non-conformances, troubleshoot issues, manage material movements, work as inspector when needed, comply with safety laws and policies.
  • Organization & Management: Facilitate communication, maintain 5S/6S environment.
  • Technical: Maintain reports and documentation, utilize web portals.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Hard Skills: Proficiency in English, excellent communication, basic Microsoft Office and Outlook skills, ability to use gauges and measuring devices, flexibility, ability to travel, physical ability to stand, lift 50 pounds, work in repetitive and environmental conditions.

Values and Attitudes: Team spirit, caring, open-mindedness, resilience, customer focus, initiative, autonomy, innovation, daring.

Experience & Education
  • 1+ year in a quality-related position preferred, demonstrated leadership ability.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
