Job summary

Krueger International Incorporated in Manitowoc, WI, is seeking a Team Leader for our Systems Department to support daily production operations and drive a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. The role acts as a key resource on the production floor, coordinating workflow, supervising a team, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include setting up department jobs, overseeing parts and materials, supporting training, and collaborating with Lean

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Leadership or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and BPCS systems
• Ability to train, motivate, and lead others effectively
• Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Location: Manitowoc, WI
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday-Friday, occasional overtime)
Starting Pay: $21.50/hour

• Manufacturing environment (non-climate controlled)
• Standing, walking, and lifting (up to 40 lbs) required
