Chick-fil-A in Las Vegas seeks a Team Leader who embodies our core values and serves with a servant’s heart. You will support senior leadership in running daily operations, coach team members, and uphold our high standards of Guest experience.

You will lead shifts, open/close, count drawers, and ensure accountability for Customer Service and Operational Excellence while maintaining a positive, fast-paced work environment and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership in daily operations and accountability for Operational Excellence
• Lead shifts, open/close, and act as a role model for the team
• Coach and develop team members to deliver Chick-fil-A service standards
• Count drawers and finalize day and ensure accurate cash handling
• Provide excellent communication with guests and team members
• Assist in training new hires and maintaining a friendly work environment

Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.
