Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Four Corners, Florida, is seeking a Team Leader to support daily operations and coach team members. You will lead shifts in a high-volume environment and model exceptional guest service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to greet guests with a friendly attitude and maintain eye contact.

• Experience or demonstrated ability to lead shifts and train new hires.

Responsibilities

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Offer immediate and respectful responses to guest's needs.
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
• Lead shifts and manage opening/closing duties.
• Count drawers and finalize dayparts.

Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are running effective shifts within the restaurant and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Leader Responsibilities:
