This position requires hands-on management, goal setting, and the development of clear workflows to ensure team effectiveness and project success.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate team members in daily tasks and project execution
  • Set team goals, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback
  • Ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met
  • Train and mentor new and existing staff
  • Communicate effectively with upper management regarding progress and challenges
  • Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment
