Job summary

PeopleReady in Bardstown, KY is seeking a Team Leader to oversee staffing operations and support a small team during the 2nd shift and weekends. You will supervise hourly associates, ensure accurate timekeeping, and address daily operational needs to maintain smooth workflow.

The position requires strong leadership, excellent organization, and solid communication skills, with prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Previous customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work days, afternoons, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to manage and lead a team of 5 to 15 employees per shift.
• Previous experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor.
• Knowledge of quality standards in an automotive environment preferred.
• Understanding of measurement units and tolerances, with the ability to train others.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email software.
• Background check and Drug test required.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $22 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Team Leader:
