McLane Company, Inc is seeking a Team Leader at our Arlington, Texas warehouse. You will promote productivity and efficiencies as a direct floor leader, coordinating daily operations and safeguarding accurate inventory.

This role is central to meeting customer needs with a safety-first mindset. We offer a pay rate of $22.00 to $29.00 per hour, along with benefits starting on day 60, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, and company-paid life insurance.

Qualifications

• Must have warehouse experience including supervision or leadership.
• Experience operating reach trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for safe and effective job performance.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product; research out-of-stocks, shortages, and replenishment issues.
• Select, pull, sort, and stack product using power equipment or by hand.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Coordinate warehouse labor (e.g., start of shift, vacation, and sick calls).
• This position has additional duties; special projects may be assigned.

The Team Leader promotes and maintains warehouse productivity and efficiencies by working as a direct floor leader.

What you’ll do as a Team Leader:

Qualifications you’ll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of distribution warehouse experience, including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift.
• Supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
