The City of Temple is seeking a Team Leader – Water/Wastewater to manage backflow and FOG programs, protect potable water and wastewater systems, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws. The role supervises staff, prepares reports, and communicates with leadership and regulators.

The Team Leader – Water/Wastewater is responsible for leading key environmental services related to Utility services, specifically the backflow Program and the Fats, Oils and Grease (FOG) program. Directly responsible for protecting the potable water system, wastewater collection system, and reclamation plants through program implementation and compliance with local ordinance, along with State and Federal laws. The Team Leader – Water/Wastewater is responsible for delivering high quality service to customers, supervising and reporting program.
