Telecare Corporation is seeking a Team Lead-Unlicensed - Mental Health to supervise multidisciplinary teams and coordinate services within our Kaiser ICT program. The role includes participating in a structured on-call rotation and responding to needs within set timeframes.
The position requires a Master's degree in mental health and supervisory experience, plus licensure eligibility. A valid driver's license and willingness to use a personal vehicle with IRS mileage reimbursement are required.

Under direct supervision of the Clinical Director/Administrator, this entry-level management position supervises multidisciplinary teams, coordinates service needs, and collaborates with other services and agencies. Fulfills appropriate level of services for new members served as outlined in the essential functions. Employees in this role are required to participate in a structured on-call rotation, remaining accessible and prepared to respond to work-related needs within a designated timeframe. Rotations are scheduled in advance. While on-call, employees must actively monitor communications (e.g., phone, email) and respond in accordance with operational protocols.
Monday-Friday 8:30am- 5:00pm
Expected starting wage range is $76,640.99 - $94,601.94.
Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

The Kaiser Intensive Community Treatment (ICT) program will be an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program serving 50 Clients with Serious Mental Illness (SMI). The program is designed to meet the needs of Kaiser members who are high users of inpatient psychiatric services or who are at high risk of acute psychiatric hospitalizations. Services are provided in the community.
