Chevron is seeking a Team Lead, Time Administration to lead U.S. and Canada time administration operations for a complex, multi-population workforce.
This role is accountable for ensuring the accurate, compliant, and timely capture, validation, and processing of time and attendance data across multiple states, unions, labor agreements, work schedules, employee populations, and timekeeping platforms. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day leadership to a geographically dispersed team of time administration employees and contractors, serve as an escalation point for complex time and attendance issues, and act as a trusted functional advisor to Payroll, Labor Relations, Legal, Total Rewards, Health and Medical, Digital/IT, HR stakeholders, business leaders, supervisors, and employees.
Relocation is not offered for this role. Only local candidates will be considered.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $137,600 – $206,400. The selected candidate’s compensation will be determined based on their skills, experience, and qualifications.
