Job summary

Threshold Giving is partnering with Humane World for Animals to advocate for animal welfare through face-to-face fundraising in communities across multiple markets. As an Animal Welfare Advocate, you’ll meet the public, tell stories, and recruit monthly donors to support lifesaving programs.

This role offers part-time or full-time schedules, comprehensive training, and a supportive team. You’ll work outdoors at streets, events, and retailers, building relationships and driving real, lasting

As an Animal Welfare Advocate, you’ll be the trusted voice in your community—engaging the public to share vital programs, answer questions, and inspire support for the biggest fights to protect animals.

Your Role as a Face-to-Face Fundraiser

You’ll help grow our community of Humane Heroes—monthly recurring donors whose support powers lifesaving work. Through personal conversations on busy streets, at events, retail locations, and in neighborhoods, you’ll highlight urgent issues and show how everyone can take action to end cruelty and build a more humane world where humans and animals live in harmony. Face-to-face fundraising allows real-time engagement, builds understanding, and drives meaningful, lasting progress.

• Competitive base pay ($20/hr base plus +$100 bonus on the 7th donor and each donor thereafter weekly)
• Part-time (3+ days/week) and full-time positions available
