Job summary

Unique Industries, a family-owned business with over 60 years of experience, is seeking a Team Lead – Third Shift in the Receiving Department at our Virginia warehouse. You will organize staff, delegate duties, and ensure smooth operations to keep productivity high.

Responsibilities include verifying accuracy of work orders, troubleshooting process issues, maintaining logs, directing labeling and inspection, training new hires, and promoting safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with management and co-workers to meet departmental goals.
• Strong mathematical skills are essential for this position.
• Proficient typing and computer skills; JDE/WMS knowledge is essential.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• One-year experience in distribution/manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and delegate duties to line staff to maintain productivity.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in completion of work orders.
• Troubleshoot process problems and report to supervisor.
• Maintain daily logs and records for reporting.
• Provide training to new hires and existing staff.
