ElringKlinger AG is hiring in Easley, SC for a leadership role overseeing testing, validation and related budget activities. You will lead a team, coordinate with development teams on functional and commercial testing matters, ensure compliant safety and test results, and drive improvements in validation capabilities across internal and external partners.

The position requires coordinating global validation activities, reporting on costs, and maintaining operating equipment.

Responsabilités

• Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees
• Responsible for budget planning and tracking in the assigned area
• Defining targets for the team in coordination with the Manager
• Acting as the main point of contact for development teams for any functional, organisational or commercial matters arising regarding testing
• Ensuring the necessary testing for product validation
• Deriving and defining requirements for validation and testing based on the system requirements
• Responsible for safety in the laboratory and test area, incl. safe test bench operation and testing whilst complying with all relevant standards and legal regulations
• Strategically developing the validation and testing skills in coordination with the Manager
• Coordinating validation and testing activities at international level at internal and external service providers and partners
• Drawing up reports on work results, costs and planned investments
• Responsible for ensuring the equipment is operational
• Other duties, as assigned
