As a Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for providing guidance and coaching to your team members. This involves helping them improve their skills, addressing any performance gaps, and fostering a positive work environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential at Lindsay. You’ll need to understand each team member’s strengths and areas for improvement to provide targeted support.
Other duties as assigned by his/her manager to ensure the best possible Safety, Quality and Cost deliverables for Lindsay.
