Job summary

Lindsay Corporation is seeking a Shipper to support our infrastructure and agricultural product lines. The role focuses on storing materials, selecting and packing orders, and scanning items while adhering to safety policies.

The position requires basic math, English communication, and at least a high school level education; forklift/crane certification is preferred and prior warehouse experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.

Position Summary:

The Shipper position is a very important component to the production of both our infrastructure and agricultural products. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Essential functions:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to, storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. Must be able to adhere to Lindsay Corporation Safety Policies and Procedures while maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Forklift and/or crane operators preferred, Certification with obtained through employment.
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to add and subtract using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form.
• Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (metguard boots, protective eyewear, hard hats, gloves, ear plugs, etc)
• Must be able to communicate in English
