Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Over 3 years related experience.
• Basic computer experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, AS400 or similar system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct manufacturing teams.
• SQDC and Lean responsiveness.
• Conduct daily board (huddle) team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Improve production methods, equipment performance and product quality.
• Analyze and resolve work problems using PDCA.
• Prepare daily start-up plan and execute.
• Maintain 6S and training matrix.
