Job summary
Auria is seeking an Integration and Test Engineer Team Lead for a hybrid role based in Boulder, CO. You will lead the I&T team, coordinate with customers, and drive CI/CD testing across software and hardware components.
You will develop I&T plans, supervise test events, and ensure system readiness for government stakeholders while aligning with Agile practices.

Qualifications
- Experience leading I&T teams in complex programs.
- Hands-on testing of software releases and system verification.
- Familiarity with OPIR space systems a plus.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the I&T team and interact with other customers and stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and implement manual and automated tests in CI/CD environment.
- Determine verification approach for system requirements and isolate defects.
- Collaborate with engineers and maintain a key role in an Agile Scrum team.
- Build, configure, and troubleshoot the system with team members.
- Develop and execute I&T plans, procedures, and reports.
- Generate and maintain system documentation and test records.
- Support system-level reviews and readiness assessments.
- Contribute to verification matrices, risk registers, and test reports.
