Job Description

1. Assigns work via the work queue and manages special projects not in order form. Initiates manual moves and conducts root cause analysis for shorts when cycle counts indicate issues originated in Export. Ensures all processes are followed and properly prioritized to satisfy the customer.

2. Requires advanced knowledge of Export Operations in JDA and WMS. Monitors operator and labor movements, tracking their activities per shift and verifying move accuracy. Performs periodic safety checks to ensure safety rules are followed consistently.

3. Troubleshoots inventory issues such as pallet consolidation, identifying pallets delaying orders, and expediting communications to move products efficiently. Updates work processes as needed, including CIP or BPS procedures.

4. Monitors aisle audits, cleaning standards, and aisle location cleanups through 6S responsibility sheets. Conducts ongoing floor checks to identify and resolve deficiencies promptly.

5. Ensures TPM and lift inspections are completed on PIT equipment. Creates work orders to maintain safe and efficient operation of PIT equipment.

6. Communicates with Customer Service, Receiving, Quality, DSP, and other departments to expedite priority shipments and meet customer expectations for incoming products.

7. Assists the Shipping team with daily tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, DLX, or similar Warehouse Management Systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all management levels and cross-functional teams.
