Boosta, a holding tech company, is seeking a Team Lead SEO to guide the rollout of mono-brand websites across European GEOs, coordinating in-house and freelance talents.

You will own end-to-end SEO initiatives, manage budgets and ROI, and drive traffic and conversions while supporting flexible remote work and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming.
• Hands-on experience launching large-scale websites (hundreds/thousands per month).
• Experience working with European GEOs.
• Ability to build processes for freelancers and manage high volumes of tasks.
• Strong focus on business metrics (traffic, conversions, FTD).

Responsabilités

We are looking for a Team Lead SEO to join our team and lead the large-scale launch of mono-brand websites across European GEOs.

What you’ll do:

• Build and manage the 3rd team (hiring in-house specialists and managing a network of freelancers).
• Plan and execute a strategy for the large-scale launch of mono-brand websites across European GEOs.
• Manage the full cycle: from domain acquisition to website deployment and monetization.
• Manage budgets and resources and analyze ROI.
• Ensure FTD targets are achieved.

What we expect from you:

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming.
• Experience with large-scale website launches: hands‑on experience generating and launching websites at scale (hundreds/thousands per month).
• Experience working with European GEOs.
• Ability to build processes for freelancers and manage large volumes of tasks.
• Strong focus on business metrics (traffic, conversions, FTD).

Will be a plus:

• Deep understanding of process automation (content generation, website deployment, link building).
• Experience working with contractors/freelancers at different stages of website creation.
