Job summary

Hill Phoenix, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead - Piper in Conyers, GA. You will lead the daily activities of the work group under the Production Supervisor, ensuring safety, quality policies, and timely production.

You will track safety metrics, enforce 6S and R3 processes, and drive continuous improvement. The role includes on-the-job training for new staff and close collaboration with engineering and supervision to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Over 3 years related experience.
• Basic computer experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, AS400 or similar system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of the work group under the Production Supervisor.
• Ensure team follows safety and quality policies and procedures.
• Track safety goals and drive measurable improvements (e.g., injuries, safety metrics).
• Meet annual safety goals and support 6S, R3 processes.
• Assign and execute daily production tasks to meet the schedule (standard hours).
• Provide OJT training to newly hired associates and document updates.
