Job summary

Easterseals Southern Georgia, Inc. seeks an on-site Site Leader to supervise direct care staff at the Jesup, GA location, ensuring compliant, high-quality resident care and strong team performance.

You will coordinate with the Residential Manager, monitor HRST records, Therap data, and care plans, and lead monthly staff meetings to drive the organization's mission forward. Qualifications include CNA (preferred), CPR/First Aid, and at least two years in disability services; the position requires

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in disability services.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site staff to meet the organization’s vision and mission.
• Report employee concerns to Residential Manager or Director.
• Ensure property compliance with standards and regulations.
• Update and review resident records in Therap weekly.
• Coordinate medical appointments and document in health tracking.
• Enter resident attendance and MAR reviews in Therap weekly.
• Plan and conduct monthly staff meetings and trainings.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and protect residents’ health information.
• Maintain and monitor supplies, budgets, and facility safety.
