Aspirus Medford Hospital in Medford, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse Team Lead for the Emergency Department. The TL oversees RN coordination, supports patient care, and collaborates with physicians to ensure safe, high-quality services.

Full Time or .9 FTE (72 hours per pay period), mainly Monday–Friday day shifts with little weekend work. Requires RN license in WI/MI, ADN required, BSN preferred, CPR/BLS certification, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required; bachelor's preferred.
• Two years of charge nurse or related leadership experience recommended.
• Active Wisconsin and/or Michigan RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Aspirus Medford Hospital in Medford, WI is seeking a TEAM LEAD- REGISTERED NURSE to join our EMERGENCY ROOM!

The Registered Nurse Team Lead (TL) understands and supports the philosophy and policies and procedures of Aspirus. The Registered Nurse Team Lead works collaboratively to produce, nurture and sustain a professional practice and healthy work environment that affords and enhances patient care experience, effectiveness, and efficiency through leadership to multidisciplinary teams, effective physician relationships and a shared vision and dedication to the future of Aspirus. TL has accountability for the overall coordination of all the Registered Nurses and other healthcare providers within a specific department. In collaboration with formal leadership, is responsible for overseeing the functioning of the department, which includes participation in direct patient care as well as ensuring appropriate resources to provide safe, high-quality patient care.

HOURS: Full Time or .9 FTE, 72 hours every pay period. Primarily Monday - Friday day shift, generally no weekends

Experience/Qualifications:

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Certification in specialty is desired.
• A minimum of four years' experience as practicing RN of which two years have been in a charge nurse role or relevant experience.
• Possesses an active Wisconsin and/or Michigan RN nursing license.
• Current CPR certification. All clinical personnel in identified job codes are required to maintain cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training through independent study, manikin, and knowledge testing. An acceptable CPR training program is the Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider course from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross Professional Rescuer Program with AED.
