U.S. Legal Support is seeking a Team Lead – Record Retrieval Specialist to oversee daily operations of our record retrieval team. You will lead by example, coaching staff, and ensuring timely processing of requests while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in client service.
• Prior experience in legal or medical record retrieval preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support RRS I & II in daily operations.
• Distribute workload across team and manage escalations.
• Coach, provide feedback, and monitor team performance.
• Respond to client inquiries and generate client reports.
• Conduct daily huddles and weekly team meetings.
• Review timecards and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support onboarding and development of new hires.
