Advanced Coatings Inc. is seeking a qualified Production 1st Shift Line
Leader to manage the Painters on a moving Paint Line at our Oshkosh, WI

Paint Line Lead on 1st shift to join our team at our Oshkosh, WI
facility. The ideal candidate for this position would be able to do the
following: Oversees the paint line operations for designated
department(s) and shifts(s) Have a working knowledge of commercial and
military paint application principles and requirements Maintains work
schedules and establishes job assignments to the appropriate personnel
to meet production goals Plans and executes production schedule day to
day appropriately Is a partner in quality by insuring parts are painted
within specifications using methods established by paint manufactures
Coordinates rework or touch up of parts with employees, Quality
Associates and other Team Leads as needed Informs maintenance,
management and other Line Leads of malfunctioning equipment or issues
with the building Discover training needs and provide coaching Has
excellent communication skills and can adapt to changes in a fast-paced
dynamic environment Recognize high performance and reward
