Advanced Coatings, Inc. seeks a Team Leader to manage the Paint Line at our Oshkosh, WI facility on 1st shift. You will lead a motivated team, communicate openly, set clear goals, and ensure daily schedules meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will coach and develop staff, monitor performance, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality and efficiency across the line. This role offers advancement opportunities and a goal-oriented compensation structure.

Advanced Coatings is seeking a qualified team leader to engage, motivate and set a strong example for our employees while managing the Paint Line at our Oshkosh Facility.

As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. You will be responsible for overseeing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
