Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Leading a team, Supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by identifying member needs and guiding purchases.
• Assist management with supervision of associates and assigning duties.
• Receive and stock supplies; maintain sales floor and paperwork.
• Maintain safety; follow forklift procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation, pricing, and loss prevention.
• Lead teams, coordinate work assignments, and monitor quality and timelines.
• Oversee club pickup orders and improve processes.
