Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience or proven ability to guide others in a team setting.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments is required.
• Ability to train and provide clear direction and feedback to teammates.
• Strong focus on workplace safety and recognizing unsafe conditions.
• Proficient with basic computer skills; familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities and direct workflow to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Train, coach, and cross-train team members across production processes and equipment.
• Monitor production performance and resolve issues in collaboration with leadership.
• Coordinate staffing during breaks, absences, and downtime to maintain flow.
• Support start-ups, process controls, and changeovers on the floor.
• Ensure work is performed to standard, with quality and safety in mind.
• Coordinate material flow to prevent delays and improve efficiency.
• Provide feedback and communicate performance concerns to supervisors.
