Job summary

The Grounds Guys seeks a Team Leader for our Bozeman/Belgrade area landscape services. You will manage a crew of up to four people while delivering high-quality mowing, fertilization, weed control, and seasonal clean-up.

You’ll supervise, motivate, and train crew members to meet safety and service standards. Ideal candidates have mowing experience and supervisory skills, a valid driver’s license, and a readiness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted driver's license with a clean record.
• One year of landscape maintenance or related field experience.
• Attention to detail and commitment to job quality.
• Willingness to work occasional paid overtime.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 4 people while performing landscape services.
• Motivate, coach, and mentor team members.
• Perform mowing, fertilizer application, weed control, aeration, and seasonal clean-up.
• Operate mowers, blowers, trailers, chainsaws, and line trimmers.
• Participate in landscape enhancements such as mulch, plantings, topsoil, and seeding.

You have a strong work ethic and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines.
