Job summary

The Grounds Guys is seeking a proactive Team Leader in the Bozeman area to manage a crew and deliver high-quality landscape services. You will supervise a small team, plan daily work, and ensure safety and efficiency on every job.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, 1 year in landscaping or related field, and strong communication with clients and staff. The role offers overtime potential and opportunities for career growth in a friendly, outdoor work environment.

Qualifications

• One year experience in this or a related field is required.
• Current and unrestricted Driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Manage team of up to 4 people while performing services and motivate, coach, and mentor team.
• Perform landscape maintenance duties such as mowing, fertilizer application, weed control, aeration, and seasonal clean-up.
• Operate equipment including mowers, blowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and trailers.
• Perform landscape enhancement activities like mulch application and plantings.
