Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a lawn maintenance crew to complete daily mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and cleanup on residential and commercial sites.
• Operate and care for commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Plan and organize each day’s work to complete all properties on schedule to quality standards.
• Diagnose and address basic irrigation issues and support seasonal system checks.
• Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and crew on site, upholding company standards.
