Cirtec Medical Corp. is seeking a Production Support/Co‑Supervisor to help optimize labor, material and time to meet schedules on the shop floor. The role involves coaching teams, monitoring metrics, and supporting the Production Supervisor to drive on‑time shipping and quality goals.

The position requires a high school diploma, 2–4 years of related experience, and proficiency with English, Excel, Outlook, and IQMS. This on‑site role offers a stable shift and a collaborative environment.

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to add and subtract five-digit numbers.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and IQMS manufacturing software.

Position Summary:

Must Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Two (2) to four (4) years of related experience and/or training.


• Must be able to read, write and speak English


• Ability to add and subtract five (5) digit numbers.


• Ability to understand and carry out detailed written or oral instructions.


• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office (outlook and Excel) and ability to learn IQMS manufacturing software.


• Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Salary Range: $23.65 - $31.47/ hour
