Job summary

Cirtec Medical Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee labor, materials, and time to meet production schedules. You will coach employees, monitor metrics, and assist with secondary operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2–4 years of related experience, with proficiency in English and basic IT skills. Expect physical tasks including lifting and moving items as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of related experience and/or training.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to add and subtract five-digit numbers.
• Ability to understand and carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel) and IQMS manufacturing software.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs., frequently up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Observes and assists employees through coaching and feedback.
• Monitor production related metrics to ensure optimum performance.
• Perform secondary operations as requested.
• Report barriers jeopardizing Safety, Quality or Production.
• Troubleshoot equipment to meet expectations.
• Provide breaks to accommodate employee breaks.
• Maintain shop floor standards, cleanliness, and readiness.
• Ensure accurate material transactions and documentation.
• Understand IQMS material scans and inventory transactions.
• Act as back up to Production Supervisor.
• Support teams in reaching monthly shipping and quality goals.

Position Summary:

• Maintain shop floor standards, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
• Ensuring accurate material transactions and documentation.
• Understand IQMS material scans and inventory transactions.
• Acts as back up to Production Supervisor
• Responsible for supporting teams in reaching 100% of their monthly shipping and quality goals, as well as ensuring overall team success.

Must Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) to four (4) years of related experience and/or training.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Ability to add and subtract five (5) digit numbers.
• Ability to understand and carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office (outlook and Excel) and ability to learn IQMS manufacturing software.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Salary Range: $23.65 - $31.47/ hour
