Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics is seeking a Team Lead to coordinate personnel, equipment, and inventory in our US-based operation. The role focuses on meeting daily production targets while upholding safety, quality, and Lean principles.

You will mentor associates, manage workflow, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement 5S initiatives. The position combines warehouse and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in supply chain, material flow, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
• Able to pass criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct associates within the assigned operational area to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and workflow to support daily operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support Lean and 5S practices.
• Communicate with management and cross-functional teams regarding production updates and operational issues.
• Maintain and distribute manpower reports and operational updates.
