  • Lead and participate in daily meetings, including safety discussions and performance reviews.
  • Promote and enforce compliance with safety policies, environmental regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to operational and quality requirements.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate team members, including new hires and transfers.
  • Provide hands‑on operational support and fill in for team members as needed.
  • Ensure accurate completion of required documentation, reports, and system entries (e.g., production, maintenance, safety, quality, downtime, or related systems).
  • Monitor equipment, processes, and work areas to identify and address safety, quality, maintenance, or operational improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in audits, inspections, investigations, and corrective actions as required.
  • Support preventive maintenance, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., TPM, 5S, efficiency projects).
  • Communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and cross-functional departments.
  • Ensure team members have the proper tools, training, and resources to perform their duties.
  • Complete additional assignments as directed by management.

Job Summary
