Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to help run our car wash facility and drive daily operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Learn what it takes to lead a team while delivering outstanding guest service and ensuring smooth daily operations.

• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• PTO is based on the company’s PTO policy.
