Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader to drive customer service and daily operations at our Charlottesville site. You will lead by example, support management, and help guests enjoy a smooth car wash experience.

The role involves supervising the facility, enrolling customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and coordinating maintenance and safety tasks. Great growth potential within a fast-growing national brand.

What We Will Provide:

What Your Day Will Look Like:
