Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to support daily site operations and customer service. This role provides an entry point to leadership within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and offers growth opportunities into management as the company expands.

The position may be part-time or full-time and includes benefits and ongoing training. Starting pay is competitive, with potential weekly commission and flexible scheduling designed to accommodate various life dynamics.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable demeanor required.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required by state guidelines.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscaping and pressure washing.
