Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader in Bluffton, AL. The role involves delivering friendly customer service, assisting with daily site operations, and guiding customers through the car wash tunnel.

You will help with opening/closing, enrollment in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and general maintenance. The position offers a starting hourly pay of 16.00 USD with weekly commission opportunities, and both part-time and full-time schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
