Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader in Bluffton, SC. This role supports site operations, leads by example, and helps the management team drive performance in a fast, fun environment. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with part-time and full-time options, plus opportunities for growth and weekly commissions.

Qualifications

• Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable!
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
