Job summary

Emerald Blue is seeking a Lead Installer to supervise furniture installations, moves, and deliveries, while driving safety and quality across projects. You’ll manage 2–10 installers, mentor the team, and coordinate with customers and management to deliver exceptional service.

Based in Tukwila, WA, this role offers competitive hourly pay, benefits from day one, and travel as needed to support installations across healthcare, hospitality, and corporate environments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of furniture installation experience and leadership (1+ years preferred).
• High school diploma preferred.
• Proactive and dependable attitude with strong organizational and coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight trips.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and ServiceTRAX.

Your Mission: As a Lead Installer, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming workspaces and enhancing the way businesses operate. In this role, you’ll supervise a dedicated team of installers, ensuring that furniture installations, repairs, moves, and deliveries are executed seamlessly. Your focus on exceptional customer service and high-quality work will be crucial in creating a smooth workflow and delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead with Purpose: Supervise installation teams of 2-10 members, fostering a cohesive and collaborative environment.
• Furniture Installation: Work alongside your crew conducting furniture installation.
• Deliver Excellence: Ensure each project meets high standards for cost, quality, safety, and delivery.
• Train and Develop: Actively mentor team members in technical skills and best practices.
• Communicate Effectively: Provide clear daily work plans and maintain open lines of communication with customers, team members, and management.
• Prioritize Safety: Promote and participate in a culture of safety, ensuring a secure work environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback for growth.

• A willingness to travel as needed, including occasional overnight trips.
