Job summary

DHL is hiring a 1st shift Forklift Operator in a climate-controlled warehouse. You will train to operate a stand-up counterbalance within 6–12 months. Hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday-Saturday on a rotating schedule, with a starting pay of $18.45 per hour.

This is a full-time position requiring prior warehouse experience. Qualified candidates have forklift experience and a high school diploma; certification is expected within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification must be completed within 30 days.
• Six months warehouse experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using forklifts.
• Operate stand-up or reach forklift and pallet jacks as needed.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance in daily tasks.
