Wendell Foster is seeking a Team Lead for our Intermediate Care Facility to oversee day and night shifts. The role requires hands-on supervision of DSP staff and direct care tasks for individuals, with a starting pay of $18.00 per hour and a night differential of $2.00/hour.

Benefits include paid holidays, PTO, 403(b), and more. Responsibilities include assisting with baths, hygiene, meals, mobility, and safety, while supporting staff development and ensuring high-quality care for residents.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Driver's license with insurable driving record.
• 6 months experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) preferred.
• First aid and CPR certification (training provided).
• Communicate well with staff and individuals.
• Involvement in recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff.

Mansioni

• Assist with baths and showering.
• Assist with toileting and hygiene needs.
• Assist with feeding.
• Assist with walking and/or wheelchair mobility.
• Occasionally prepare meals and snacks per dietary card.

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) preferred


• Currently possess or able to complete first aid and CPR certification (training provided)

• Support our individuals direct care needs including, but not limited to:
